Hall atomization

If the rest point of the dust created is constantly changing places, it can be agreed to apply hall atomization where, high- quality stainless steel pipes are placed in a network along with the atomizers in the roof construction.

High pressure atomization is considered the most energy efficient form of atomization. The supplied drinking water will be increased in pressure to approx. 70 bar. Different high-pressure atomizers create a mist with extremely fine water droplet size which cling to the dust particles, making them heavier so that they reduce the spread of the dust particles with the product flow without causing further nuisance.
